Resolved, That the committee on Privileges and Elections is hereby requested to report on Tuesday morning next, upon Res. No. 4, S., referred to said committee for the purpose of ascertaining the facts in regard to the eligibility of Senators Town and Davis.

Senator Clark moved to amend by substituting "Wednesday" for Tuesday," where it occurs.
