PREFACE.

THIS supplemental digest is as nearly uniform with respect to the arrangement and classification of the matter and the cross references thereto as the nature of the subjects digested will permit.

The citations have been incorporated with the table of cases digested instead of being placed in the text as in the previous digest, because the table shows both the citations of the cases contained in the previous volumes and in this volume.
