Cap. 1. An Act to amend an act entitled "An act to incorporate the Oswego Water

Works Company," passed May fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Passed

January 10, 1867; three-fifths being present. CHAP. 2. An Act to extend the time for the collection of the Special Bounty Tax in the

town of York, in the county of Livingston, and to authorize Jolin W. Howe to collect the balance of said tax remaining uncollected, with interest thereon. Passed January

15, 1867; three-fifths being present. CHAP. 3. An Act to amend an act entitled "An act to supply the village of Middletown

with water for public and private purposes," passed April third, eighteen hundred and

sixty-six. Passed January 17, 1867; three-fifths being present. CELAP. 4. An Ac! to repeal an act entitled An act prohibiting the issue of Free Passes on the

Railroads of this State. Passed January 17, 1867. CHAP. 5. An Act to approve the action of the Commissioners appointed in pursuance of chap

ter six hundred and sixty-sir, Laws of eighteen hundred and sicty-six, to locate the Iludson

River Asylum for the Insane. Passed January 22, 1867; three-fifths being present. CHAP. 6. An Act in relation to the Normal School located at Potsdam, in the county of St.

Lawrence, pursuant to chapter four hundred and sixty-six, Laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-six, and to levy taxes for the purposes thereof. Passed January 23, 1867;

three-fifths being present. CHAP. 7. An Act to establish a Board of Education in and for the village school district of

the town of Malone, in the county of Franklin, and for other purposes. Passed January

2+, 1867; three-fifths being present. Crap. 8. An Act to confirm the decision of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, relat

ing to the election of trustees in Union Free School District number two, in the town of German Flats, in the county of Herkimer, and to confirm the official action of said

trustees, and to define their tenure of office. Passed January 24, 1867. CAAP. 9. An Act to legalize and confirm the appointment of Thomas K. Beecher and David

Decker, as School Cominissioners for the Union School District of the city of Elmira,

and to legalize and confirm their acts as such commissioners. Passed January 25, 1867. CHAP. 10. An Act authorizing the extension of the time for the collection of taxes in the

several towns and cities of this State, for the year cighteen hundred and sixty-seven
