TUESDAY, April 1. The TRIAL STAKES of 7 sovs. each, 3 ft., with 30 sovs. added, for three year

olds, 6st. 101b.; four, 8st. 71b.; five, 9st. ; six and aged, 9st. 3lb. Mares and geldings allowed 31b.; and maiden three year olds at the time of starting allowed 3lb., four 5lb., and upwards 71b. Winners of 200 sovs. at any one time to carry 5lb., twice 10lb., and thrice 141b. extra. The winner to pay 5 sovs. towards expenses. T.Y.C.

To close and name on the 1st of January, 1856.

The SPRING ST. LEGER STAKES of 10 sovs. each, h. ft., with 100 added,

for three year olds; colts, 8st. 71b; fillies and geldings, 8st. 31b. The winner at any time of a stake amounting to 100 sovs. to carry 31b., of 200 sovs. 5lb., of 300 sovs. 71b. extra. No horse to carry more than 71b. extra. Horses that have started thrice and never won, allowed 31b. Ten subscribers, or no race: if twenty subscribers, the second to receive 25 sovs. out of the stakes. The winner to pay 25 sovs. towards expenses. One mile and a half.

To close and name on the 1st of January, 1856.

WEDNESDAY, April 2. The DONCASTER HANDICAP STAKES of 10 sovs. each, 5 ft., and only 3 if

declared by a time to be fixed on the publication of the weights, with 100 sovs. added. A winner once, after the weights are declared, to carry 4lb.; twice, or a winner of a Handicap of 100 sovs. clear, 7lb. extra. The second to save his stake. The winner to pay 25 sovs. to the Race Fund. $t. Leger Course.

To close and name on the 1st of January, 1856.

The BETTING ROOM STAKES of 5 sovs. each, with 50 sovs. added by the

Proprietors of the Subscription Betting Rooms, for two year olds 6st. 121b., and three 9st.; fillies and geldings allowed 3lb. A winner once in 1855 or 1856 to carry 3lb., twice 5lb. extra. Horses that have started twice in 1855, and never won, allowed 51b. The second to save his stake, and the winner to pay 5 sovs. to the Race Fund. Red House in.

To close and name on the 1st of January, 1856.
