YOUR PUPILS.

LEAVE YOUR PICTURE WITH YOUR

Northwestern Photo-Engraving Company,

Stamp Photos Only $1.00 for 100.

44 WASHINGTON AVE. SO.. MINNEAPOLIS.

OUR STAMP PHOTOS

are the size of a Postage Stamp, gummed on the back, and brilliant finished. This Photo can be used for thousands of different purposes, you can attach them to your locket, watch, hat, books, on all kinds of cards as birthday, engagement, wedding, Christmas and New Year cards, etc., etc.

BUSINESS MEN.

Your card containing a Stamp Photo will be saved by everyone, this is what you need and want. As to this we will give you an example: in our 1892 display at the Minneapolis Exposition, we distributed 25,000 of our business cards but can prove and want to state that among the many thousand cards of other firms which were destroyed and scattered on and all over the floors of the building, we never found one of our cards when the floors were swept. Why? because our cards contained a Stamp Photo, so people saved them and we received good results through them a long time afterwards. If you have anything extra which you would like to bring on the market, as a house, machine, cattle, a new invention, a model, or anything else which you manufacture, send us a picture or a drawing of it and we will copy it very distinctly. These Photos are also used for trade marks, labels, letters of credit, etc.

SOCIETIES.

For instance a Lodge, Company, Club or any Society has 100 members, should a member invest $1.00 for 100 Stamp Photos, he can present each member one of his Photos. Should every member do this we would display them on nice gold edge card board without extra charge.

FOR TEACHERS.

You can't in any other way give your pupils a better remembrance as presenting them one of your reward cards containing one of your own Stamp Photos thereon.

To make the sending of Photographs with

applications as inexpensive as possible, we have arranged to furuish "MINNETTS" to teachers at 50 cents per doz. or 35 for $1.00. The size of Minnettes is 11⁄2 x 2 inches.

For Soldiers, Old Veterans, Sons of Veterans, Militia, Musicians, Base Ball Teams, Turners, Actors, Students, etc., etc. Should never be without these Photos, as at picnics, conventions, encampments, etc., they will always make new acquaintances.

If you write a letter to your friends or relations, you should not fail and attach such a Photo to the same, especially those which are connected with the old country.

We copy these Photos from Photographs, Drawings, Tin-Types, etc., we also copy one separate party out of a group. Please make a mark on the picture which party should be copied, also number every picture and write in your letter what every number wants.

Price of Stamp Photos: 1,000 for $7.50; 100 for $1.00; 50 for 75 cents and 25 for 50 cents.

Send us your best picture and in eight days you will have your original picture returned with the Stamp Photos, to your entire satisfaction. Cash must be accompanied with every order.

We are the inventors of these brilliant Stamp Photos and also do all other kinds of copying in any size you desire.

Yours respectfully,

N. W. PHOTO COPYING CO., 43-45 Washington Ave. S., Minneapolis, Minn.

The thoughtful teacher who reads his department will find it bristling with practical common sense and full of usable hints upon educational topics.

SCIENCE DEPARTMENT. Ulysses O. Cox, Instructor of Science in the Mankato Normal School, will continue in charge of this department, and hold it the indispensable help to high school teachers that it has proven to many during the year past.
