31 And the multitude rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.

૩૧ ને તે ચુપ રેહે નાટે લોકોએ તેઓને ધનકાએવા પણ તે એ વધારે હાઁકમારતાં કહ્યું કે આ પરભુ દાઊદના દીકરા હુમ

પર આ કર

32 And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you?

૩ર તાહારે ઇશુએ ઊભા રહીને તેઓને તેડીને કહું કે હુંથી તન ન શું કરાવવાની ઇછા છે

33 They say unto him, Lord, that our eyes may be -opened.

૩૩ તેઓ તેહુને કહેછે કે આ પરભુ હમારી આંખો ઊઘડીનએ

$4 So Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their -eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him.

૩૪ તાહારે ઈશ્યુ દ કરીને તેની આઁખાને અડકા ને તુરત તેની આંખો દેખતી થઇ ને તેઓ તેહેની પાછલ ચાલા

1 And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples..

૧ ને નારે તે ઈશાલેનની પાશે પોહોંચા ને જેતંનના પાહાડની પાશે બેથાજનાં એવા હુતા તાહારે ઇએ બે શીશને માકલાં

2 Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them and bring them unto me.

૨ તેઓને કહું કે તને તમારી શાઁાઁનાંના ગાઁનમાં ઓ

ને ધિલી એક ગધેડી તથા તહેની ભંડે ખરું તુરત દેખશો [ત આને છેડીને ભાહારી પાશે લાવો

3` And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.

૩ ને ને કાઈ તમને કંઇ કેહેશે તેા તમે કાણા કે પરભુને એ એનો ખપ છે એટલે તુરત તે તેને ચકલી દેશે

4 All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,

૪ ને ભવીશંકેહેનારથી જે કહેવાઊં હુતું તે પુરૂં થવા શારૂ એ બધું થ

5 Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy king cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.

૫ કે શીઓનની દીકરીને અઁન કહો કે ને તાહારો રાખ્ત નરમ ના ગધેડા પર એટલે જે ગધેડું ભાર લઇજનારનું ખર્યું તે પર બેશીને તાહારી પાશે આવેછે *

6 And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded

them.

૬ તાહારું શીશોએ જઇને જેહેવા ઇશ્યુઅ તેઓને હુકન આ એપા હુતા તહેવું કીધું

7 And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.

૭ એટલે તે ગધેડીને બચા યાં

ણી પછી તેઓએ પેાતાનાં શતર તેઓ પર નાઁખીને [તેહેન] તેઓ પર બેશાડા

8 And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.

८ ને ઘણા લોકાએ પોતાનાં વશતર શતાનાઁ પાથર્યાં ને ખી નઓએ ગાડા પરથી ડાલી કાપીને શતાનાં પાથરી

9 And the multitudes that went before, and that fol

lowed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosannà in the highest.

૪ ને જે લોક આગલ ચાલતા ને પાછલ આવતા હતા ઓએ ખુન પાડતાં કહ્યું કે હાંના દાઊદના દીકરાને—પરભુને નોંમેં જે આવેછે તે ધનવાન [થાઓ] શહુથી ઊંચામાં હોશમાંંના

10 And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?

૧૦ ને ઇશાલેનમાં તે આએવા તાારે આખા શેહેર ખભલીને કહું કે એ કોણ છે

11 And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.

૧૧ તે પર લોકોએ કહ્યું કે ઇશ્યુ ભવીશકેહેનાર જે ગાલલીના નાન રથના તે એજ છે

12 [ And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,

૧૨ પછી ઈશ્યુ દેવના મંદીરમાં ગ ને મંદીરમાં જે વેચાથી આ પતા હુતા તથા જે વેચાથી લેતા હુતા તે શરવને તેણે બાહાર કા હાડા ને નાઁણાવટીના બાજઠ તથા કબુતર વેચનારાનાં બેશ વાનાં ઊલટાવી નાંખાં

18 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.

૧૩ ને તેને કહ્યું કે નાહારૂં ઘર પરારથનાનું ઘર કહેવાશે અઁન લખેલુંછું પણ તને તેહુને ચારોનું કોતર શ્રીછું

14 And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple; and he healed them.

૧૪ પછી ધલા તથા લંગડા તેહેની પાશે મંદીરનાં આએવા ને તેણે તેઓને શના શ્રીધા

15 And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the son of David; they were sore displeased,

૧૫ ને જે ચમતકાર તેણે કીધા તે નારે સુખી ઈઆજકોએ તથા શાતત્રીઓએ દીઠા તથા મંદીરનાં છુઇને નાણાટ ઘાંટે દા ઊંટના દીકરાને હાર્યાંના કહેતાં પણ [બે] તાહારે તેઓએ બહુ ખીચ્છને

16 And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?

૧૬ તેહેને કહું કે એ શું કેહેછે તે શું હું શાંભલેછે તારે ઇ તેને કેહુંછું કે હા ઇનાં તથા ધાવનારાંનાં નેહાથી તે તુતીને પુરી કરાવીછે એ શું તમૈ કદી નથી વાંચું

17 | And he left them, and went out of the city into Bethany: and he lodged there.

૧૭ પછી તે તેને મુકીને શેહેર બાહાર બેથાનીઓમાં ગઓ ને તહીં તેણે વાશો કીધો

18 Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered.

૧૮ ને શહવાર તે પાછે શેહેરમાં આવતો હતો તાહાર ભુખો થઓ 19 And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

૧૯ ને એક અંજીરીને રચતા પર દેખીને તે તેણેની પાશ આ એવા પણ એકલાં પાતરાં વગર તેણે તે પર કંઈ ન દેખીને તેહેને કહું કે હવેથી તાહારા પર કદી લ ન લાગે ને તેજ વખત તે અછી શુકાઈ ગઈ

20 And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away!

૨૦ ને એ દેખીને શીશા અચરત પાઁમીને બાલા કે અછી આ

વડી વહેલી શુકાઈ ગઈ

21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shali not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.

૨૧ પછી ઈશુએ જવાબ દેતાં તેઓને કહું હું તમને શાચું કહું ઘઊંને તમને વીશવાશ હોએ ને શર્ય ન આંણા તો આ અંજીરી ને જે [કીધું] તે એકલું તને ન કરશો પણ ને તને આ પાહાડ ને કહેશો કે તું ખશેડાઇન ને દીઓમાં નંખાઈન તા [તેમજ] થશે 22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

૨૨ ને જેટલું તને બીચવાશ રાખતાં પરારથનામાં ભાગશો તે શઢેલું પાંખશો

23 | And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?

૨૩ પછી મંદીરમાં આવીને તે સુખી ઈઆજંકાએ તથા લોકોના વીને કહું કે તું કહા અધીકારથી એ તને કોણે આએપો

ઊષદેશ કરતા હુતો તાહારે ઘરડાઓએ તેહેની પાશે આ કાંના કરેછે ને એ અધીકાર

24 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do these things.

૨૪ તારે ઈએ જવાબ દેતાં તેઓને કહુ કે હું પણ તમ ને એક વાત પુછવાના ઘઊં તે ને તમે મને કહેશો તેા હુ કડ઼ા અધીકારથી એ કાઁનો કરૂંછુÎ તે હું પણ તમને કહીશ

25 The baptism of John, whence was it! from heaven, or of men! And they reasoned with themselves, saying,
