Mr. HOUGH: A Bill to amend Section 1 of an Act entitled "An Act to provide for election of Township and County Commissioners for Kershaw county, and to provide for the performance of the duties heretofore incumbent upon them in reference to the assessment and equalization of property for taxation," being Act No. 380, page 679, Acts of 1912, so as to increase the salaries of the Commissioners therein mentioned.

Mr. BEAMGUARD: A Bill to amend an Act entitled "An Act to provide for an election on the issue of $75,000 in coupon bonds by York county for the purpose of erecting a courthouse, and to empower the Board of County Commissioners to condemn lands. for a site of same," appearing in the Statutes at Large for the year 1912 as Act No. 512, etc.
