Senator Cottrill offerred the following amendment to
Jt. Res., No. 9, S.,

To amend section 5 of article 1 of the constitution.
Add at the end the following:

"The verdict in such cases to state how many of the jurors agree to it."

Which was rejected.

The resolution was then indefinitely postponed.
