Ar a Meeting of the COMMITTEE, held at the Chapter Coffee-house, on Monday, the 11th instant, it was resolved that, in consequence of the continued and extensive support this publication has received from the Trade, the Rate of Charges upon Advertisements, FROM and AFTER the present Number, should be reduced to 9d. per line for all Advertisements comprised in the class of New Works for the first time advertised in THE CIRCULAR; and 8d. per line for the remainder; the charge of 4 per page, and £2 for a column, with the addition of 1s. 6d. for Duty upon each Advertisement, remaining as heretofore.

The EDITOR takes the present opportunity of informing Publishers that between Three and Four Thousand Copies are now regularly distributed in Great Britain, the Continent of Europe, America, the East and West Indies, Australia, &c. &c.

ADVERTISEMENTS should invariably be sent, at the very latest, by the 10th or the 24th of each month.
