A Sweepstakes of 10gs each, to be run for by

horfes, &c. of all ages;-one 2 mile heat. Two yr olds to carry a feather; three yr olds, 6ft. 11lb. four yr olds, 8ft. 2lb. five yr olds, oft. fix yr olds" and aged, 9ft. 5lb. Mares allowed 3lb.

All horfes running for the above Sweepstakes, muft be, bona fide, the property of the Subfcriber, on or before the day of naming; and the nominations to be made at Mr. Allport's, in Lichfield, or at Mr. Weatherby's, Oxenden-ftreet, London, on or before the 25th of March, 1802.

To the above Sweepstakes, the Stewards and Trustees, for the regulation of all matters concerning Lichfield Races, will add the fum of 50gs. The Subfcriptions to be paid into the hands of Mr. Allport, before farting, under a penalty of 5gs to the owner of the fecond horfe.

The fecond year of the Lichfield Macaroni Stakes, of 20gs each;-two miles. To be rode by Gentlemen. Three yr olds to carry 9ft. 3lb. four yr olds, 10ft. 5lb. five yr olds, 11ft. lb. fix yr olds, 11ft. lb. and aged, 11ft. lb. Thofe horfes that have won once, Plate, Match, or Sweepstakes, tó carry 3lb. extra. and thofe that have won twice, 5lb.--Mares and geldings allowed 3lb. The horfes to be, bona fide, the property of the Subfcriber, on or before the 25th day of March, 1802, at which time this Subfcription will clofe; and the horfes must then be named to Mr. Weatherby, in London, or Mr. Allport, in Lichfield. The Subfcriptions to be paid into the hands of Mr. Allport, before starting, under a penalty of 5gs to the fecond horfe.

The Subferiptions to be paid into the hands of Mr. Allport, before starting, under a penalty of 5gs to the fecond horse.

This Subfcription to remain open till the day of naming. Five Subfcribers, or no race.

LAST DAY.

A Sweepstakes of 20gs each, for horfes, &c. bona fide, the property of the Subfcriber, that never started, paid or received forfeit, before the day of naming, carrying 13ft. each ;- -one 4-mile heat. To be rode. by Gentlemen. Mares and geldings allowed 3lb.`

To clofe on the firft of March, 1802, and the horses to be named at Mr. Weatherby's, in London, or Mr. Allport's, in Lichfield, on or before the first of June, 1802. The Subfcriptions to be paid into the hands of Mr. Allport, before ftarting, under a penalty of 5gs to the fecond horse.

A Sweepstakes of 15gs each, for all ages;-two miles. Three yr olds, 6ft. 11lb. four yr olds, 8ft. five yr olds, 8ft. 10lb. fix yr olds and aged, 9ft. 4lb.

To name on or before the first of May, 1802, to Mr. Weatherby, in London, or Mr. Allport, in Lichfield.

The Subfcriptions to be paid into the hands of Mr. Allport, before ftarting, under a penalty of 5gs to the fecond horse.

A roogs value, to be run for on the first

day of the Races, over Port Meadow, by Subfcribers of 10gs each; if more than ten Subfcribers, the furplus to be paid the winner in fpecie. Four yr olds, 7ft. 7lb. five yr olds, 8ft. 7lb. fix yr olds, 9st. and aged, 9ft. 4lb.-one 4-mile heat.

If only one horfe fhall appear to ftart, he will be allowed 25gs only: two horfes belonging to the fame perfon, if no others ftart, will not be allowed to run, but will be entitled to the 25gs; and in either cafe, all-the remaining Stakes will be added to the next year's Cup.

We, whofe names are hereunto fubfcribed, do agree to run for a Sweepstakes of 5gs each, by horfes that fhall produce a certificate of having been reguJarly hunted the preceding feafon, from the owner of the hounds with which they have hunted, and have never been entered, trained, or paid or received forfeit, for any Stake. All horfes above five yrs old, to carry ift. lb. Mares allowed 3lb. Five yr old horfes, alb. and five yr old mares, 5lb.-one 4-mile heat. To be rode by Gentlemen. The Subfcription to clofe, and the horses to be named to the Clerk of the Course, or Mr. Weatherby, on or before the first day of March next. To be run for on the fecond day of next Oxford Races. The Subfcription to be paid to the Clerk of the Course before starting, otherwife not to be entitled to the Stakes, though a winner.
