the seyd parson of Ykham is the glader to make exchange. The grounde that Isaac offryth for the exchange for the parsonage is as moche grounde for as moche; it is as gode grounde or better then is of the parsonage. The barne also that standyth uppon that grounde of Isaac is better than is the parsonage barne. Isaac furthermore hath offeryth, to the entent to have the gode will of the parson in this eschange makyng, an acre more of gode grounde lying to his seyd barne over and above the quantitie of the lande of the parsonage, the whiche in all is not half a acre It is agreed also that Isaac shall bere all costs and charges, as well for the a:nortesing of thys seyd land as other wise. At this communication and a view makyng was both Master Ediall Profeste of Wyngham, and other diverse, the whiche liketh well the communication and offer made by Isaac in this mater. The parson also of Yykham holtyth hym self well contente with hit, under condition that your Grace wilbe contente with the same. In this premisses I have now shewed unto your Grace what is don in your seyd comm[ission] gevyn unto me at Charrynge. And thus Almighty God ever preserve and [kepe your Grace].
