Chinworth, former Treasurer of Wabash County, in the State of Indiana, ordering and empowering, upon the order of the Board of Commissioners of the county of Wabash duly entered of record, the Auditor of Wabash County, in the State of Indiana, to draw a warrant upon the Treasurer of said county in payment of certain moneys, directing the Treasurer of said county to pay such warrant out of any funds in his hands belonging to said county, and declaring an emergency.
