12 o'clock, m. The members of the House of Representatives of the Ninth Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Wyoming were called to order by the Secretary of the Territory, Hon. Ē. S. N. Morgan, pursuant to law.

Upon the calling of the roll, the following members appeared and answered to their names:
