I hereby give notice that I will on to-morrow or some future day introduce a bill for an act to authorize the city of Cheyenne to apply the surplus funds remaining in the city treasury arising from the sale of bonds issued under and by authority of an act entitled "An act authorizing the city of Cheyenne to issue bonds for the purpose of funding the existing floating indebtedness of the city, on account of water works and sewerage, and to extend the present water system in said city," approved February 11th, 1884, to the payment of the principal and interest of said bonds. H. B. No. 18, "for an act to prohibit the sale of liquors on the first day of the week, commonly called Sunday, and on election days," was introduced by Mr. Turrill, read first time and referred to Committee No. 19.

H. B. No. 19, "for an act to amend an act entitled 'An act to provide the manner in which wills shall be executed in the Territory of Wyoming, and for other purposes,' approved February 8th, 1882," was introduced by Mr. Downey, read first time and referred to Committee No. 2.
