Third Department.— At the City Hall, in the city of Albany, on the second Tuesdays of January and November. At the Court House in the city of Binghamton, on the first Tuesday of May. At the Town Hall in Saratoga Springs, on the first Tuesday of September. Fourth Department.—At the Court House in the city of Syracuse, on the first Tuesday of January. Circuit Courts. Three Circuit Courts (to be known respectively as Part one. Part two and Part three) to be held on the first Mondays of January, February, March, April, May, June, October, November, and December, at the New Court House in the city of New York. Courts of Oyer and Terminer. On the first Mondays of February and November, at the place aforesaid. Special Terms (for Equity Cases and Enumerated Motions.) On the First Mondays of January, February, March, April, May, June, October, November and December, at the place aforesaid. Special Term and Chambers (for Non-enumerated Motions and Chambers’ Business). On the first Monday of each month in the year.
