IN SENATE, April 28, 1865. Resolved (if the assembly concur), That there be prepa under the direction of the Lieutenant-Governor, Secretary State, and Clerks of the Senate and Assembly, a revision of Legislative Manual, to correspond, as regards form, bind printing and indexing, with the recommendations of the Lit ture Committee, as presented to the Senate January 24th, and that the Secretary of State cause the same to be publis by contract, in such form as the committee of revision direct, and a copy thereof delivered, as soon as practicable a the commencement of each session of the Legislature, to each the members, officers and reporters thereof, and to each of state officers who are entitled to copies of the session laws, w the name of such member or officer lettered on the cover, gether with a map of the state, exhibiting the route of all car and railroads that are finished or in course of construction.
