BILLS ON THIRD READING AND FINAL PASSAGE.

The following bills were thereupon read the third time in full, and placed upon their final passage with the result indicated:

H. B. No. 50, by Mr. Christian: "A bill for an Act to amend and re-enact Section 3837 of the Revised Statutes of Wyoming, as the same is amended by Chapter 72 of the Session Laws of 1888, and by Chapter 77 of the Session Laws of 1890, relating to the duties and powers of electors of school districts."

Moved by Mr. Christian that the said H. B. No. 50 be amended by striking out of the first section thereof in line two from the word "Wyoming" down to and including the figures “1890” in line 4, and also that the title be amended to correspond. By unanimous consent the said amendment was accepted, and on motion of Mr. Christian the same was adopted.

The ayes and noes being ordered upon the final passage of said bill as amended, the same were had with the following result:

H. B. No. 61, by Mr. Ogden: "A bill for an Act providing for the care and custody of certain minor children, providing the mode of procedure to be followed, and providing certain duties for the County Attorneys.“

By unanimous consent, Mr. Ogden moved the following amendment: Strike out of line 27, Section 1, the words "this State," and insert the following: "or any society doing charitable work in this State." On motion of Mr. Ogden, the said amendment was adopted and the bill corrected accordingly.

The ayes and noes thereupon being ordered upon the final passage of said bill as amended, the same were had with the following result:

No. 58, by Mr. Fourt and Mr. McDonald: "A bill for an Act encouraging and promoting the erection and maintenance of hospitals, sanitariums and bath houses upon the State land at Big Horn Hot Springs, in Fremont and Big Horn counties, and to make available the Big Horn Hot Springs and the waters thereof for sanitary purposes; to provide for the protection of the natural formations of said land, and for the cultivation and improvement of portions thereof, and the construction of a bridge over the Big Horn River connecting different portions thereof, and for other purposes."

The ayes and noes being ordered upon the final passage of said bill, the same were had with the following result:

Moved by Mr. Carpenter that H. B. No. 38, by Mr. Hawk, be held on the file for third reading until the return of Mr. Hawk. The motion prevailed, and it was so ordered.
