No other notice necessary.

SECTION 3. Grand and petit jurors shall be drawn, summoned and required to attend the special term of court provided in this act, in the same manner as grand and petit jurors are by law drawn and summoned to attend general terms of the circuit courts in this state.

SECTION 4. No notice of the holding of said special term shall be required other than the passage and publication of this act.

SECTION 5. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.

AN ACT to repeal section two of chapter 224 of the laws of 1862,

being an act entitled "an act to provide for the adjustment of the government tax for 1862.”

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in sen

ate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Kopeal.

SECTION 1. Section two of chapter 224 of the laws of 1862, being an act entitled "an act to provide for the adjustment of the government tax for 1862,” is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
