Geauga and Ashtabula-BENJAMIN BISSELL. Athens, Gallia, Lawrence and Meigs-SIMEON Nash. Muskingum-JAMES HENDERSON. Richland-WILLIAM M'LAUGHLIN. Jackson, Pike and Ross-JOHN HOUGH. Hancock, Wood, Lucas, Henry, Williams, Paulding, Putnam, Vanwert, Allen, Hardin and Shelby-JOHN E. HUNT.
