Your committee have included in the foregoing list, the names of the members from Sanbornton, in the county of Belknap, from Sandwich, in the county of Carroll, from Winchester, in the county of Cheshire, from Goshen, in the county of Sullivan, and from Alexandria, in the county of Grafton; although the number of ratable polls returned by the town clerks of each of said towns was less than thirty, yet the number of legal votes returned by each of said clerks shew that each of said towns was entitled to send representatives agreeably to their several certificates; which satisfied your committee that there was an error in making the return of the ratable polls in each of said towns.
