219-An Act making an appropriation for deficiencies for the twentyfirst fiscal year, ending the thirtieth day of June, eighteen hundred and seventy.

Also, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 21-Relative to granting leave of absence to Sheriff of Los Angeles.

And this day, at eleven o'clock and twenty minutes A. M., presented the same to the Governor for his approval.

Also, Senate Bill No. 87-An Act to authorize the Council of the City of Oakland to lay out, open or improve streets in said city.
