Also, Senate Bill No. 224-An Act to ratify and confirm certain resolutions, ordinances and orders of the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco, in reference to the Act of the Legislature of the State of California entitled an Act to authorize the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco to modify the grades of certain streets-having had the same under discussion, report the same back to the Senate and recommend its indefinite postponement.

Also, Senate Bill No. 268-An Act to give effect, force and virtue to a certain contract made and entered into between the City of San Francisco and G. Wetzlar, his associates and assigns, dated the ninth day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, and to confirm all orders of the Board of Supervisors of said city, made in reference to said contracthaving had the same under consideration, report the same back to the Senate and recommend that it be indefinitely postponed.

Also, Senate Bill No. 86-An Act to legalize and confirm certain ordinances passed and contracts made by the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco, relative to the removal of dead animals from the city limits-having duly considered the same, respectfully report the same back to the Senate and recommend that it be indefinitely postponed.

And on February first, instant, under a suspension of the rules, passed Assembly Bill No. 166-An Act for the relief of Sam. Clayton.

Also, Assembly Bill No. 226-An Act to legalize the name of Lake Bigler.

Also, substitute for Assembly Bill No. 84-An Act to declare Adela Thompson of lawful age.
