Resolved, That the Secretary of the Senate is hereby directed and required to report to the Senate, on or before Friday next, the names of all Assistant Journal, Enrolling, Engrossing and Copying Clerks of the Senate, together with the date of the appointment of, and the per diem allowed to, each of such assistant clerks. And the names of all Standing and Special Senate Committee Clerks, the committee to which each clerk shall have been appointed, the date of his appointment, and the per diem which he has been allowed.

Resolved, That Marcus R. Mayer, temporary Journal Clerk of the Senate, be and he is hereby authorized to copy the Appendices of the Senate and furnish the State Printer copy thereof, and of the minutes of the Senate and such other copying as may be unfinished upon the adjournment of the Legislature, at the rate of fifteen (15) cents per folio, and when completed he shall deliver the work to the Controller of State, who shall compute and audit the same, and draw his warrant in favor of said Marcus R. Mayer, for the amount found to be due, payable out of the Contingent Fund of the Senate.
