An Act to amend the Act intituled "An Act in aid of the
Shuswap and Okanagan Railway Company."

[20th April, 1891.]

ER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

1. Section 2 of the said recited Act is hereby amended by substi- Sec. 2 amended. tuting the word "bonds" for the word "coupons," in the sixth line of

the said section.

2. Section 4 of the said Act is hereby amended by striking out the Sec. 4 amended. word "coupons," in the sixth and eighth lines of the said section, and

by substituting in each case the word "bonds."

4. 5. This Act may be cited as the "Shuswap and Okanagan Railway Guarantee Amendment Act, 1891."

An Act to amend the " Religious Institutions Act."

[20th April, 1891.]

ER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
