To whom, as Secretary of the Convention, all communications relating to the general work of the Convention should be addressed; and copies of the Journals of Diocesan Conventions, together with such Episcopal Charges, Addresses, and Pastoral Letters as are issued in each Diocese, should be forwarded as soon as published. Duplicates of the same should be presented to the House of Deputies, as required by Title I., Canon 20, Sections iii. and iv. A certified copy of the testimonials of members appointed as Deputies to the next General Convention should be forwarded to the Secretary as soon as may be practicable.

Title III., Canon 1, Section v. In order that the contingent expenses of the General Convention may be defrayed, it shall be the duty of the several Diocesan Conventions to forward to the Treasurer of the General Convention, at or before any meeting of the General Convention, three dollars for each Clergyman within such Diocese.

The Secretary and the Treasurer of the Convention are authorized to make an additional assessment of one dollar for each Clergyman, if the needs of the Convention so require.

The GENERAL CONVENTION will meet in the city of Boston, Massachusetts, on the first Wednesday in October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.
