Whereupon the Council Advise His Excellency to issue his Orders on the Treasurer agreeably to the Acts and Resolves of the General Court which have been heretofore passed or shall be passed during this Session.

His Excellency the President laid before the Council a Letter of Mr Royal Flint Commissioner for settling the Accompts of this State against the United States dated July 16, 1787 and delivered to the President the 3d of August current by Mr Peter Boyer and requested the Advice of Council respecting the best measures to be pursued for forwarding the settlement of those Accounts —

Whereupon the Council advise that the Committee authorized
