CHAPTER XLIV.

STATE PRINTING AND BINDING.

AN ACT making appropriations for state printing and binding.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas :

SECTION 1. That the sum of fifty thousand one hundred dollars, ($50,100,) is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, for state printing and binding, for the fiscal year ending November 30, 1872.

SEC. 2. The auditor of state is hereby authorized to issue warrants upon the treasurer of state for the purposes specified in the first section of this act, or so much thereof as may be necessary to liquidate all accounts which may be approved by the proper officer, under the laws and verified by affidavit.

SEC. 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the Kansas Daily Commonwealth.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
