MR. SPEAKER: The assembly, in Committee of the Whole, has had under consideration the general file of bills, has gone through with the same, and has instructed me to report the following bills to the assembly, some with amendment, and some without:

A bill in relation to town insurance companies, and amendatory of section 1928 of chapter 89 of the revised statutes.

A bill to encourage the raising of sheep, and to repeal chapter 254 of the laws of 1879, entitled an act to repeal sections 1626, 1627, 1628 and 1630 of chapter 72 of the revised statutes, entitled of wild animals, and to restore and re-enact sections 1627 and 1628 of the revised statutes.

A bill to amend section 1 of chapter 192, laws of 1879, entitled an act to regulate the sizes of meshes of nets used in the waters of Lake Michigan, and the waters of Green Bay, and the waters of Lake Superior, and for the better enforcement of the fish and game laws of the state, and to repeal section 4563 of the revised statutes.
