Writ of aid for Francis Isumberd, the king's serjeant-at-arms, and James de Bruges, king's yeoman, appointed to arrest John Skynkel, John Acreman, Nicholas de Leke, Henry Mayer and other men of Flanders, to convey them to Windsor Castle, there to be kept in safe custody, and to take into the king's hands their goods wherever found.

Commission of oyer and terminer to Hugh de Turpynton, steward of the Household, Ralph Basset of Drayton, Simon de Bereford and Nicholas Fastolf touching reported unlawful assemblies and breaches of the peace in the county of Lincoln, by whose procurement such trespasses have been committed and who have aided and abetted the offenders; also touching alleged unlawful prises taken by officers of the king, queen Isabella, queen Philippa and others, and extortions and oppressions in the same county charged against these same officers, sheriffs, sub-sheriffs, coroners, subescheators, bailiffs, constables, keepers of prisons and other ministers.

Commission of oyer and terminer to Robert de Malberthorpe, John de Mounteneye, John de Crosholm the younger and John de Trehampton, on complaint by the prior of Haverholm that Brian de Herdeby of Evedon the younger, John and Robert his brothers, Henry Brianesservant de Herdeby, Robert de Broghton, William de Seynna of Evedon, Helminus Uttyng of New Lafford, Robert de Castello of Old Lafford, William de Honyngton de Ponte Aslacy, Walter de Basingham, William de Amwyk, Nicholas de Haceby 'carpenter,' Thomas le Walker of New Lafford of London and others fished in his several fishery at Old Lafford and Haverholm, co. Lincoln, carried away the fish with other goods of his found at Haverholm, broke the banks of the said fishery, whereby the water which has of ancient time been wont to flow to his mills ran out through the breaches and flooded his meadows, assaulted Alan de Baston and John de Wynthorp, canons of the house, Thomas Catour, a convert, and John de Bloxham, the prior's servant, at New and Old Lafford, imprisoned John de Wynthorp until he made a fine of 101. for his release with the said Brian and Thomas and robbed the said Alan of 40s. of the prior's money.
