The Lord's name bè praised —'

Thus far I have been minute in my obfervations, because it will fave me the trouble of commenting upon fimilar faults, when they occur in the reft of the fervice; and as those which are most generally committed throughout, have been laid open in the courfe of this difcuffion, I fhall content myself hereafter, with reading and marking the remainder of the usual service, in a proper way; and fhall referve my comments only for fuch paffages as are most difficult, or in which the most glaring faults are committed. Forty years long' was I grièved with this generation" and faid' it is a people that do er'r in their hearts' for they have not known my ways"
