Mr. MaGone moved that No. 32, (H. of R.) be referred to a select committee;

Mr. Thomas moved to amend by striking out all after the word Milwaukee,' to the word 'in,' in the 5th line of the 1st section. and insert, "All white male inhabitants, above the age of twenty-one years, who have resided in the county ten days previous to the election."
