Mr. Mooers moved to amend the 35th section by striking out the words " at the rate of twenty-five per cent. per annum for the benefit of such purchaser ;" Which was agreed to. Mr. Burnett moved that the further consideration of said bill be postponed until to-morrow; Which was agreed to. Mr. Phelps, from the joint committee on Enrollment made the following report: The joint committee on Enrollment report that they did, on this day, to wit. the 29th day of January, A.
