Mr. Morrow moved to amend by striking out as before, and inserting, "And thereafter annually upon the recurrence of said day of election in those counties under the town system of government, and for those under the county system at the general annual election of each year after the next ensuing ;" when Mr. MaGone demanded the previous question. And the question having been put, "Shall the main question be now put?" It was decided in the affirmative.
