"A bill to amend an act entitled 'an act concerning replevin;'" No. 9, (H. of R.) "A bill to change the form of govern ment in the county of Dodge, and for other purposes." A bill to define the time when liens on real estate shall take effect;" No. 6, (C.) "A bill relating to the purchase and redemption of real estate sold on execution;" No. 12, (C.) "A bill to provide for the payment of certain claims against the Territory;" No. 17, (C.) Also in the 15th section the name of the town mentioned therein, be changed from Burnett to Fairfield. Also in the 17th section the name of the town therein mentioned, be changed to Burnett. Mr. MaGone asked and obtained the unanimous consent of the House to change the name of the town mentioned in the 12th section, from MaGone to Hustis' Ford. The bill was then passed and the title thereof agreed to. The following entitled bills were read the third time, passed, and the titles thereof agreed to, viz: No. 6, (H. of R.)
