In obedience to the requirements of law, I beg leave to submit to your honorable body my Annual Report, showing the financial condition of the Treasury at the close of the fiscal year ending November 30, 1858.

By refering to the tabular statements of the several ledger accounts, you will at once learn the condition of the various Trust funds.

SURPLUS REVENUE.

The interest on the surplus revenue received and paid into the Treasury for the last four years ending Nov. 30, 1858, is as follows:
