LIBRARY NOTE.

In order that the Special Acts and Resolutions passed by the General Assembly of Connecticut may be forwarded to our several exchanges and the libraries of the state as soon as possible after publication and not be duplicated later by the combined volumes of Special Laws which are bound from time to time under the direction of the Secretary of the State, it has been provided that a limited number of copies of the Special Acts and Resolutions of each session shall be substantially bound, and labeled and lettered in harmony with the official volumes. While each part will contain the index for the session covered, the final part will also contain the combined index for the completed volume. This arrangement begins with the Acts of 1903.
