RESOLUTION

In relation to the treasury accounts.

Resolved by the Council and House of Representatives of the Territory of Wisconsin:

That the auditor of the territory be, and he hereby is die rected 10 credit Jonathan Larkin, Esq. Treasurer of the terri

tory, with forty-five thousand three hundred and eighty-four
dollars and forty-two cents, being the amount in full of terri-
torial indebtedness, received into the treasury by said treas-
urer up to the 15th day of January, A. D. 1847, as appears
from the books and reports of said treasurer, which amount
has been cancelled by a committee of the legislative assem-
bly.

AN ACT
To authorize the register of deeds of Fond du
Lac county to procure certain copies of re-
cords.

Be it enacted by the Council and House of Representatives of the Territory of Wisconsin:

Section 1. The register of deeds of Fond du Lac county Duty is hereby required to procure, from the records in the office ter of deeds. of the register of deeds in Brown county, true and exact copies of all deeds, mortages, town plats, and other instruments recorded in the office of said register of deeds of Brown county, which relate to, or affect the title to lands, or real estate, situated within the limits of Fond du Lac county, and record the same in a book, or books, to be by him procured for that purpose.
