Robert Wilter, be and are hereby appointed commissioners to make such alterations as they may deem proper in that part of the Exeter and Fort Winnebago territorial road which lies between Badger mills, in Dane county, and Exeter, in Green county.

That Lybrant Hall, Alanson Richards, and Eli- In Dodge co. jah Wood, be and are hereby appointed commissioners to lay out and establish a territorial road, commencing on the section line between sections twenty-one and twenty-eight, in town ten, range fifteen, in Dodge county, thence running east on section lines as near as possible to the road from Watertown to Hustis' ford, at the corner of sections nineteen and twenty, from thence to intersect the road leading from Hustis' ford to Milwaukee, on the best and most feasonable route. Be it enacted by the Council and House of Representatives of the Territory of Wisconsin:
Section 1. The register of deeds of Fond du Lac county Duty is hereby required to procure, from the records in the office ter of deeds. of the register of deeds in Brown county, true and exact copies of all deeds, mortages, town plats, and other instruments recorded in the office of said register of deeds of Brown county, which relate to, or affect the title to lands, or real estate, situated within the limits of Fond du Lac county, and record the same in a book, or books, to be by him procured for that purpose.
