.r 510.85 H33

The author recognizes the fact that charts are based on mathematics, but realizes that through the medium of charts much mathematical work may be done without extensive knowledge of mathematics. He has therefore introduced mathematics only to an extent which will enable clear exposition. The book displays many kinds of charts, for an enormous number of purposes. Partly compiled from technical journals and supplemented by classified bibliographies.
