The House of Representatives have passed a bill of the following title, viz:

In the passage of which they ask the concurrence of the Senate. They have concurred with the Senate in the passage of bills of the following titles, to wit:

"An act to locate a state road from Chester to Belleville,"

"An act to incorporate the towns therein named, and for other pur

poses,'

And he withdrew.
