Senate met pursuant to adjournment.

A message from the House of Representatives by Mr. Prickett, their Clerk.

The House of Representatives have passed bills of

the following titles, viz:

"An act to incorporate the Waynesville and Petersburg rail road com. pany."

"An act for the benefit of the infant heirs of William B. Collins, deceased."

"An act for the benefit of McLean county."

"An act to locate a State road from Pekin, by Havanna to Jacksonville, and from Ilavanna to Athens." And

"An act to incorporate the Vulcan Foundry in Alexandria county." In the passage of which several bills, they ask the concurrence of the Senate.

They have concurred with the Senate in the passage of the bill entitled,

"An act to amend an act, entitled "An act for the organization and government of the Militia of this State."

Approved March 2d 1833, as amended by them.
