John 1.12. But as many as received him, to thems gave be power to become the fons of God, even to them that believe on his Name.

Gal.2.20. I am crucified with Chrift, nevertheLeffe I live, yet not I, but Chrift liveth in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the Faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Acts 15.11. But we believe that through the Grace of the Lord Fefus, we shall be faved, even as they. Eph.6.16. Above all take the fhield of Faith, wherewith ye fbill be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

Heb.6.12. That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through Faith and patience inherit the promises.

Rom. 4.2. For if Abraham were justified by

works,

works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.

V.4. Now to him that worketh. is the reward not reckoned of Grace, but of debt.

V.6. Even as David alfo defcribeth the bleedneffe of the man to whom God imputeth righte oufneße without works.

V.20 He ftaggered not at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strong in Faith, giving Glory to God.

Rom.3.20. Therefore by the deeds of the Law, tbere fhall no flesh be juftified in his fight, for by the Law is the knowledge of finne.

V.21. But the righteoufneffe of God without the Law is manifefted, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets.

V.22. Even the righteousneffe of God which is by Faith of Fefus Christ unto all, and upon all them that believe, for there is no difference. V.23. For all have finned, and come fhort of the Glory of God.

V.24. Being justified freely by his Grace, through the redemption that is in Fefus Christ.

V.25. Whom God hath fet forth to be a Propitiation through Faith in his blood, to declare his righteoufnelle for the remißion of fins, that are paft through the forbearance of God.

V.26. To declare I fay at this time his righteousneffe; that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Fefus.

V.27. Where is boasting then it is excluded, by what Law? of works? nay, but by the Law of Faith,

V.28. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by Faith without the deeds of the Law. Gal.2.16. Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law, but by the Faith of Fefus Chrift; even we have believed in Fefus Chrift, that we might be justified by the Faith of Chrift: and not by the works of the Law, for by the works of the Law shall no flesh be justified.

Phil. 3.9. And be found in him, not having mine owne righteoufneß which is of the Law, but that which is through the Faith of Christ, the righteoufneffe which is of God by faith

Acts 13. 38. Be it known unto you therefore. men and brethren, that through this man is preached I forgivenesse of fins.

V.39. And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the Law of Mofes.

Heb 12,24. Unto Fefus the Mediator of the new Covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that fpeaketh better things than that of Abel. Gal.3.20. Now a Mediator is not a Mediator of one, but God is one.

Rom.8.1. There is therefore no Condemnation to them that are in Chrift Fefus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit.

Rom.5.1. Therefore being juftified by Faith, we

have peace with God, through our Lord Fefus Christ.

James 2.22. Seest thou how Faith wrought with his works, and by works was Faith made perfect. John 16.27. For the Father himfelf loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have beleeved i that I came out from God.

Jude 20. But ye beloved, building up your felves on your most holy Faith, praying in the holy Ghost.

V.21. Keep your felves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Fefus Christ unto eternal life.

Concerning Holineffe and fincere obedidience.

Phil.1.11. Being filled with the fruits of righteouf neffe, which are by Fefus Christ, unto the Glory and praife of God.

Heb.13.20. Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Fefus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlafting Covenant,

V.21. Make you perfect in every good work, to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleafing in his fight, through Fefus Christ, to whom be Glory for ever and ever, Amen. Micah 6.8. He hath shewed thee, Oman, what is

good,

good, and what doth the Lord require of thee? but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God.

Jam.2.14. What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man fay he hath Faith, and have no works can Faith fave him?
