Feb. 1, 1843. Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That hereafter the Probate juse probate justice of the peace of any county of this State may sign their of resign his office by tendering a written resignation thereof to fices the clerk of the court of county commissioners of the county.
