CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS.

CHAPTER 1.

AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION PROPĆSED.

AN ACT to propose an Amendment to Section 17 of, Anicle 2 of the

Constitution of this State.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, (two-thirds
of each house deeming it necessary and concurring herein, and
by and with the approbation of the Governor):

SECTION 1. That the following amendment be and the Amendment
