HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 4.

Resolved, By the House of Representatives of the Territory of Idaho, the Council concurring, That the sum of two hundred and seventy-seven dollars and sixty cents be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of the general fund in the Territorial Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay for printing reports and other documents ordered printed by the Legislative Assembly at the third session; and the Territorial Controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon the Territorial Treasurer, in favor of Jas. S. Reynolds & Co., for the said sum.

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 1.

Resolved, By the Assembly, the Council concurring, That John M. Murphy, Recorder and Auditor of Boise County, is hereby granted leave of absence from this Territory for the period of six months, at such time as he may select during his term of office, which commenced on the first Monday of January, A. D. 1865: Provided, That the said Recorder and Auditor shall leave a competent deputy, or deputies, to discharge the duties of said office during his absence, and that the said deputy, or deputies, shall be such as the County Commissioners shall approve of.

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2.

Resolved, By the House of Representatives, the Council con. curring therein, That the chief and assistant clerks of the House of Representatives be, and they are hereby, allowed the sum of four hundred dollars, payable out of any funds in the Territorial Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for extra ser

vices rendered in writing up the journals, and all other extra labor performed by them, not being within the limits of their duty to perform. That the Territorial Controller is hereby authorized and instructed to draw his warrant upon the Territorial Treasurer for the sum above named in favor of F. W. Bell and R. H. Lindsay, who shall be paid out of any funds belonging to the Territory not otherwise appropriated.

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 3.

Be it Resolved, By the House of Representatives, the Council concurring, That the Controller be, and is hereby authorized, to draw his warrant in favor of James H. Slater, for the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, to be paid out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated in the Treasury, for the pay of extra clerk hire for enrolling bills for the third session of the Territorial Legislature of Idaho Territory.

Resolved, By the House of Representatives, the Council con curring therein, That the Sergeant-at-Arms of the House of Representatives be, and is hereby, allowed the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, for extra service, payable out of funds in the Territorial Treasury not otherwise appropriated. That the Territorial Controller is hereby authorized and instructed to draw his warrants upon the Territorial Treasurer for the sum above named, in favor of Chas. W. Stewart, who shall be paid out of any funds belonging to the Territory not otherwise appropriated.
