AT a meeting of the Members of the Company, held at the Armory on the 19th of December, 1865, it was unanimously Resolved, That the By-Laws of this Company be revised in order to conform to the Militia Law of the State of New York, and that a Committee of Four be appointed to make such revision. In pursuance of such Resolution, the undersigned were appointed such Committee, and now respectfully report That they have carefully examined and revised, not only the ByLaws, but the Rules and Regulations now in force in the Company; that they have made sundry alterations therein, and additions thereto in accordance with the spirit of the above resolution, and now submit to the consideration of the Company the following Code. The following By-Laws, Rules, and Regulations, submitted on the 5th of January, 1866, were, after full examination and amendment, adopted by the Company on the 23d of January, 1866 (more than two-thirds of the Company voting in favor), to take effect on and after February 1, 1866. |
