courts in the eighth judicial circuit.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

1. That the circuit courts for the several counties of the sixth judicial circuit shall hereafter commence and be held as follows:

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

1. That section two of chapter ninety-seven of the Acts Section 2 chapof one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two and three, ter 97 acts 1872-3 be and the same is hereby amended and re-enacted so as to amended. read as follows:

"2. That in case of death, resignation, or removal of any of said trustee, vacancies shall be filled by the surviving or remaining trustees, until otherwise provided by law.
