The aftoniming progrefs made by infidelity in the prefent age of the world evidently requires from the friends of Christianity a peculiar degree of energy and vigilance in the caufe of Religious Truth* They cannot fail to recolleéfc, that, although Eeligion itfelf is invulnerable againlt every attack which artifice and violence direct againft it, it is their indifpenfable duty to exert their utmoft efforts to check the ravages of an enemy fo fatal to the deareft interefts of man i and no mode of protection againft its contagious fpirit feems better calculated for general ufe, than A Pull And Clear ElücidAtion Of The Prophetical Parts Op The Old And New Testaments.
