All officers who are intrusted with property belonging to the University are required to keep inventories of the same; the property and inventories to be open at all times to the inspection of the President of the University and the committees of the Board of Regents. All movable property of the University shall be designated as such by suitable marks by the custodian, under the direction of the President of the University. Article XI.—Reports. All reports shall be made in writing and shall be properly filed, recorded and preserved by the Secretary with other documents ordered filed in the archives of the University.
