The horses for all the stakes to be named at Heaton, to the Clerk of the Course, or to Messrs Weatherby.

Every person, at the time of naming to any of the above stakes, will be expected to specify whether his nomination be half-bred or thorough-bred, both being equally admissible.

All the races to be ridden by Gentlemen, members of a racing or fox-hunting club.

To close on the 1st, and the weights to be fixed by the 12th, of April. The second horse to save his stake. Three horses to remain in, or no race; to start at the Distance-post, and go once round, about two miles.
