The following message was received from the Governor, by Geo. P. Delaplaine, his Private Secretary:

"Mr. Speaker-I am directed by the Governor to inform you that he did, on the 20th inst. approve, sign and deposit in the the office of Secretary of the Territory,

'An act for the establishment of a territorial road from Burlington, in Racine county, to Delavan, in Walworth county;' and

'An act to change the form of government of the county of Washington, and for other purposes.'"
